WENLI Group founded in 1996

is the leading automotive suspension designer, developer and distributor in China. Over the past 20 years, we are engaged in shock absorber development and manufacturer for global car manufacturer and aftermarket, delivering quality products and service. Now, WENLI Group equipped with three manufacturing plants and one chroming plant in China, global business coverage more than 65 countries, and has an excellent R&D team and comprehensive service ability. With continuously development and expansions of the WENLI group business, we will continue to pursue excellence and efficient in service and technical supports for global customers.

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WENDA PLANT

WENDA was founded in Ruian city of Zhejiang province, which is named as “the capital of Auto Spare Parts”; WENDA with 12 acres property land is specialized in shock absorbers manufacturing.
WENDA GOT EXPORTATION AUTHORIZATION;

When China joined in WTO, we got the exportation authorization, which also is an important milestone for WENDA market growth.
BORT PLANT FOUNDED

In order to meet the continuously growing demands of global market, WENDA invested 20 million RMB to set up BORT plant in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province. BORT plant within an 100 acres of property land, and building area with 72,000 sq meters; The establishment of BORT plant shares the global demands of Chinese produced shock absorber, and also further speed up the development of WENDA in shock absorber industry.
THE MEMBER OF CAAM

CAAM (China Association of Automobile Manufacturers) is a social organization engaged in production and management of automobiles (motorcycles), auto parts and vehicle-related industries in China.
INVESTMENT FOR ELECTROPLATING PLANT

Shock absorber piston rod is one of the main factors affecting shock absorbers’ quality and life, and the electroplating for piston rod surface is the key process. Therefore, with mature and controllable electroplating technology is an very important guarantee for shock absorbers’ quality. In 2006, WENDA invested 15 million RMB to acquire an electroplating plant, and equipped with two automatic chrome plating lines. It not only improved product quality and production efficiency for the piston rod, also WENDA was the only one shock absorber manufacturer who owned electroplating plant in private company at that time. Meanwhile, WENDA was awarded “Product Exemption from Quality Surveillance Inspection” certification by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC; it means WENDA brand is a trusted brand for customers.
ISO/TS16949 CERTIFICATION

The ISO/TS16949 is a management standard automotive and auto parts industry. WENDA and BORT both plants acquired ISO 16949 certificate, which means the products quality is increasingly more controllable for both two factories. WENDA became the OEM supplier for Brilliance Auto, which means WENDA entering into Brilliance Auto supplier system, and also means WENDA equipped with OE ability.
WENLI GROUP ESTABLISHMENT.
WENLI GROUP MOVED TO A NEW PLANT.

To sustain a global competitive advantage, WENDA moved to the new plant in Sep of 2011; and new plant is with 20 acres of property land, the actual building area is over 25,000 sq meters. The new plant continues to pursue the products quality, and equipped with MTS test machines, precision grinding machines etc., to meet the demand of OEM.

In the same year, Strut Mounting plant is established, and is a member of WENLI group.
Awarded “Name Brand of Zhejiang Province” certification by Zhejiang province Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision .
WENLIGROUP TODAY

Now, WENDA group has successfully developed as a global enterprise, and also keep on expanding. Our strategy is to pursue sustainable development to long term business. Up till now, WENLI Group’s production capability of shock absorber is over 6m pieces, and cover 8,000 applications; annual development application is over 500. We gained good comments of products and quality in global markets.
